Haul Unit Operator

What You'll Be Doing * Operate haul units safely and efficiently to transport raw materials within the site * Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment reliability * Follow site safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate hauling activities * Assist with basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly What Are We Looking For * Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment with strong situational awareness * Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures * Strong teamwork and communication skills in a dynamic operational environment * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues * Dependability, accountability, and a proactive work ethic Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and drug/alcohol screen * Successful candidate must submit to background check Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
