Job: Production Operator

Duration: 6+ Months (TEMP to Perm)

Location: Delaware, Pennsylvania, 19087

Shift hours: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) • 3rd shift (11pm-7am) • 12hr night (7pm-7am)

Interview: In person

Pay Rate: $22/hr. W2

Job Description:

Potential shifts will be: • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) • 3rd shift (11pm-7am) • 12hr night (7pm-7am) - likely limited availability for this shift Employee will comply with all Hazardous Waste procedures and local, state and federal regulatory requirements

•Receives instructions, work orders, and / or materials.

•Receives substrates and process materials for processing, as delivered to work area by storekeeper.

•Moves full and empty pallets into and out of work positions.

•Moves empty cartons from input to output end of conveyor lines.

•Manually transfers substrates and catalysts from one power driven conveyor to another according to prearranged patterns.

•Visually checks each piece for obvious defects or damage. If defective, places aside for disposition by others. Check pieces visually for surface defects and streaks.

•Weighs and records process control pieces. If weights are outside prescribed limits, notifies immediate supervisor.

•Maintains identity of parts according to lot numbers.

•As required, perform other duties associated with maintaining flow of production.

•Cleans equipment, as required.

•Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.
