Customer Experience Partner (Remote)

As a Customer Experience Partner, you will serve as a trusted advocate for our Elite travelers and their administrative assistants, building strong relationships through proactive communication, education, and personalized support. You will work closely with Program Managers, Operations teams, and service partners to deliver a seamless travel experience while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also identify opportunities to improve communication, strengthen service delivery, and enhance the overall traveler experience.

As a Customer Experience Partner, you will

• Build trusted relationships with Elite travelers and their administrative assistants
• Serve as a customer advocate and primary point of contact for service-related support
• Educate customers and internal teams on Elite service offerings and available resources
• Communicate proactively to set expectations and ensure a positive customer experience
• Coordinate service recovery efforts and drive timely resolution of customer concerns
• Partner with Operations, Program Management and internal stakeholders to improve service consistency and traveler satisfaction
• Facilitate ongoing training and awareness of Elite traveler services
• Track customer experience trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance service delivery

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to navigate Sabre, including booking processes and historical research

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Experience Partner is between $65,000 and $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
