Position Summary

The Livestream Sales Representative is responsible for hosting live selling streams on TikTok Shop and YouTube Live, presenting Pokémon and other collectible TCG products with energy and accuracy, driving sales, and building an engaged, loyal viewer community around the company channels.

Success in this role means streams start on time and run consistently, sales and viewership targets are met, product and orders are handled accurately, and viewers return because of the experience the Streamer creates.

Primary Responsibilities Live Selling

• Host scheduled live streams on TikTok Shop and YouTube Live
• Present and sell products (sealed product, rips, singles, slabs) accurately and enthusiastically
• Run approved sales formats and promotions per company guidelines
• Follow all platform policies and company selling standards

Community & Engagement

• Engage viewers and answer questions in chat throughout streams
• Build repeat viewership and a positive community
• Promote upcoming streams, products, and channel events
• Maintain professional, family-friendly on-air conduct at all times

Product & Order Handling

• Handle inventory accurately during streams (pulls, rips, staging)
• Ensure all sales are recorded correctly
• Protect high-value product and follow security procedures
• Keep the streaming area clean, organized, and stream-ready

Administrative

• Follow the stream schedule and confirm shifts in advance
• Review personal KPI reports and act on feedback
• Report technical issues and product discrepancies promptly
• Participate in scheduled coaching meetings

Performance Standards

The employee is expected to:

• Start streams on time per the published schedule.
• Maintain company brand and on-air conduct standards.
• Respond to internal requests promptly.
• Record sales, claims, and giveaways accurately during streams.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and platform rules.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales per stream/sales per hour
• Average concurrent viewers
• Stream schedule adherence (on-time starts, hours streamed)
• Follower and repeat-viewer growth
• Order accuracy

Authority

This position may:

• Run approved sales formats, deals, and giveaways within guidelines
• Recommend products, formats, and improvements for streams
• Make in-stream calls within established pricing and promo limits

This position may not:

• Hire employees
• Approve budgets
• Sign contracts
• Change pricing, discounts, or policies outside approved limits
• Announce new offers or policies without approval

Reporting Relationship

The Livestream Sales Representative reports directly to the Stream Director .

The Stream Director is responsible for:

• Setting priorities
• Assigning stream schedules and work
• Conducting coaching meetings and trainings
• Approving time off
• Completing performance evaluations
• Providing training
• Holding the employee accountable for results

The Streamer is expected to communicate progress, obstacles, and completed work to the Stream Director through scheduled meetings and established reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence and verbal communication
• Pokémon TCG product knowledge (sets, chase cards, grading basics)
• Live streaming, sales, or entertainment experience preferred
• Comfortable with TikTok Shop and YouTube Live formats
• Reliable availability for scheduled streams
• Basic comfort with streaming equipment and software (a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended stream sessions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
