Program Controls Analyst

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Program Controls Analyst to join our Program Management team. This position can sit in our Fort Worth, San Antonio, or Austin, Texas office. What You’ll Do Contribute to the delivery of projects, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology. Ensure a positive experience for clients by having courteous interactions with them and doing quality work on projects. Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Work independently and contribute to reviewing existing operations in your area of work, supporting the generation of new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements. Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues, including developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes. Draft elements of project review reports and presentations to support the delivery of the review process. Qualifications BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. 5+ years of professional Program/Project Controls experience. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, strong organizational skills, and self‑motivated, detail‑oriented. Preferred experience in PowerBI. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package.
