We’re Hiring a Shipping Specialist to Join Our Team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable on-site Shipping Specialist , in our Columbia, MD warehouse to help ensure our members receive the essential healthcare resources they need—on time and with care. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records to support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities: Accurately manage inventory and prepare shipments in a timely manner. Use logistic software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager) to process and track shipments efficiently. Maintain detailed shipping records using Microsoft Office software. Collaborate with team members to meet shipping demands, including occasional weekend support. Required Qualifications: Experience in inventory management and packing. Proficiency in logistic software such as FedEx Ship Manager. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Preferred Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
