Evergreen Subaru is looking for someone with superior organization skills and a high attention to deal to help keep our Office running smoothly. 

Primary duties:

- Scanning paperwork from various departments into our electronic records system

- Filing scanned paperwork

- Maintaining Dealership supplies including preparing the supply order and processing supplies received

- Shredding confidential paperwork

Secondary Duties:

- Running errands as needed

- Occasional customer vehicle pickup or drop off for the service team

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License

- Ability to use a computer is required.

- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.

The position will be about 15-20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible on the days and times that make up those 15-20 hours.
