The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining CNC and heavy industrial machines to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Working primarily as an individual operator, this role requires vigilance in quality inspection, adherence to safety protocols, and detailed record keeping. Responsibilities
- Set up CNC and heavy industrial machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform quality inspections on products and processes
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Follow safety compliance procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain accurate records of machine operation and production data
- Handle and manage materials related to machine operation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in machine operation
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with machine operation and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures
- Basic math skills and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
