The Davis Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn Layton are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dual Facility Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of our hotel and conference center. This role supports both properties and plays a key part in ensuring our guests, conference attendees, and team members enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.If you take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting, we invite you to apply!Compensation & BenefitsWe value our team members and offer a supportive workplace with competitive compensation.Benefits may include:Competitive hourly payEmployee hotel discountsOpportunities for advancement within hospitality operationsSupportive team environmentPart-time scheduleKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Dual Facility Attendant, you will help ensure both facilities remain clean, organized, and guest- ready.Responsibilities include:Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, offices, and restroomsVacuum carpets, sweep and mop floorsDust and wipe furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and surfacesClean doors, windows, frames, and ledgesPolish brass and stainless steel fixturesEmpty trash and replace linersRestock paper products, soap, and other restroom suppliesMaintain cleaning equipment and supply inventoryReport maintenance issues promptlyProvide courteous interactions with guests and team membersAssist with additional housekeeping or facility needs as assignedQualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to communicate effectively with guests and coworkersAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach as neededAbility to lift up to 30 lbsComfortable working with cleaning products and chemicalsPrevious janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
