This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the flawless execution of all logistics processes.Key Responsibilities:Drive Operational Excellence: Own and optimize all aspects of receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, facilities, and equipment to meet and exceed safety, delivery, and quality standards.Lead and Develop Teams: Directly oversee Operations, Shift, and Facilities managers. Cultivate a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentorship, and talent development.Implement Standardized Processes: Maintain comprehensive SOPs and standard work procedures.
