This role is a senior client-facing architecture position focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP implementations across complex enterprise environments. You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality ERP solutions while guiding customers through design, configuration, and deployment phases. Working closely with stakeholders, you will lead workshops, shape solution strategy, and ensure successful delivery across the full project lifecycle. The role blends deep functional ERP expertise with strong solution architecture and leadership responsibilities. You will also support testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readiness while ensuring alignment with best practices. This is a highly collaborative, remote-first environment where you will influence both client outcomes and internal delivery standards.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations while ensuring strong client engagement and solution quality across all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, deployment, and support. You will also contribute to pre-sales and internal capability building.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Operations, including analysis, design, build, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support
• Conduct client workshops to gather and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
• Oversee solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, and field mapping across D365 and external systems
• Lead conference room pilots and solution demonstrations to validate design and align stakeholders
• Review and approve technical and functional design documents, ensuring completeness, test coverage, and compliance with requirements
• Drive testing strategy including functional, integration, and automated testing using RSAT tools
• Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, import, and validation into D365
• Manage training sessions for clients and internal teams, including pre-go-live cutover and post-go-live stabilization
• Provide pre-sales support including solution estimation for customizations, integrations, workflows, and upgrades

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations with strong consulting, architecture, and client management capabilities. You should be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments and leading cross-functional teams.

• 8+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Dynamics AX 2012 R3
• Strong expertise in Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, and Project Accounting
• Experience in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning processes
• Proven ability to lead ERP solution design, architecture, and large-scale implementation projects
• Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and enterprise data mapping concepts
• Hands-on experience in writing or reviewing functional and technical design documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills, including workshop facilitation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Experience supporting testing strategies including automated testing frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; CA/CPA certification is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
