Social Media Manager

About The Role The role drives the brand's organic social media presence, turning complex product capabilities into highly engaging social content that grows and nurtures our audience. Operating at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing, the role owns the end-to-end management of primary channels including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube. The team requires a practitioner who understands how to build community, establish thought leadership in a technical B2B/B2C SaaS landscape, and translate engagement metrics into actionable marketing insights. This role partners closely with product marketing, content design, and executive leadership to align social output with major product milestones and campaign launches. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the global organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels Own the social media content calendar, managing the production lifecycle from copywriting and asset creation to scheduling and publishing Monitor daily social media conversations, managing community engagement and responding to audience inquiries to build brand advocacy Analyze weekly and monthly channel performance, tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, and referral traffic Partner with creative, video, and design teams to produce high-performing social-first assets, including short-form video, infograms, and threads Manage executive platform programs, ghostwriting and curating content to build the social profiles of key company leaders Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform algorithm updates, and industry news to maintain a modern, agile brand voice What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of professional social media management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving measurable organic traffic and community engagement Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, engaging social posts Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics (GA4) Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional creative workflows Bonus: Experience in basic graphic design, video editing for TikTok/Reels/Shorts, or working directly with executive-level stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
