Press Operator - Start This Week!

Looking for a great opportunity with an immediate start? We're hiring Press Operators and qualified candidates can start as early as this week! No extensive experience required, just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload materials from injection molding and press machines
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Trim, assemble, and complete secondary operations on parts as needed
• Safely operate production and assembly equipment
• Position inserts, hand loads, and workpieces for processing
• Remove completed products and prepare them for the next stage of production
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or irregularities
• Complete finishing tasks such as trimming excess material, installing fasteners, and other quality-related operations

Available Shifts

C Shift

• Monday-Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:15 AM
• Rotating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM

D Shift

• Monday-Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 6:15 AM
• Rotating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saline, MI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
