Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Location: Portage, MI 49024 (100% Onsite) Schedule - Onsite 5 Days/week; 9-5PM Max Pay Rate: $18.10/hr Duration: 4 Months contract to hire (Potential Extension or Conversion to FTE) Role Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to assist with daily operational processes including data entry, administrative tasks, and record management. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and spreadsheets Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy and completeness Support daily operational workflows and administrative tasks Prioritize incoming work and meet team deadlines Maintain organized records and documentation Communicate with team members to resolve questions or discrepancies Follow compliance, confidentiality, and documentation procedures Required Qualifications 6+ months of operations support or data entry experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Proficiency with basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, internal systems) High School Diploma or GED Strong Plus Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems Effective team communication and problem resolution Understanding of confidentiality and compliance requirements #INDWEST #J-18808-Ljbffr
