I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a Sales Leader for the Sacramento area. State Farm has also been a big part of my family, with several family members building their own careers with the company. Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and licensing reimbursement. As a newer agency, this is a great opportunity to join early and grow alongside the team. Our office is active, supportive, and focused on development. I'm highly involved with the team through ongoing training, team gatherings, and day-to-day coaching. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer care and creating an experience our customers can rely on. I'm looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and able to perform well under pressure. If you enjoy learning, want to be part of a growing team, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to meet you. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Jeff Ford - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
