Employment Type : Temp-to-hire
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Pay: $33 per hour
Required Experience : Food science experience in a manufacturing environment

Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing content, promotional materials, digital communications, and media initiatives. This role coordinates marketing activities across regional and global business units and collaborates with internal teams to communicate product value, support commercial objectives, and strengthen the company’s brand presence across diverse markets and applications.
The Marketing Coordinator also follows GMP and SQF requirements through the company’s quality management system and contributes to a cooperative, constructive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio across industries and applications, including customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Create, manage, and improve marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital communication channels.
• Maintain the company’s social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, by developing promotional and curated posts.
• Support regional updates and improvements to the company’s websites.
• Create informative, non-promotional content covering general market information, industry trends, and related topics.
• Assist with the execution of at least two marketing campaigns annually.
• Work with SEO and GEO teams to optimize content for search visibility, engagement, and performance.
• Support email automation activities, including contact updates, workflow management, and email creation.
• Coordinate with external design agencies to develop marketing and trade show graphics and materials.
• Collaborate with Technical Service and Technical Sales teams to develop promotional materials that effectively communicate technical and commercial value.
• Support the planning and development of product prototypes and demonstration materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Assist with paid media calendars and advertising materials while tracking relevant performance metrics.
• Support communication and coordination with public relations agencies, including the preparation and review of company press releases.
• Contribute to communication strategies aligned with business objectives across the enzyme market.
• Submit a monthly KPI report to the supervisor by the first business day of each month.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments, customers, and vendors as needed.
• Promote a cooperative and constructive workplace atmosphere.
• Implement the 5S pillars within the workplace.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Food science experience; food processing experience
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Project management and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital communications, websites, and social media platforms.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external agencies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, food science, communications, business, or a related field.
• Food science experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
