What Success Looks Like in This Role Delivering consistent, high-quality general dental care to a loyal and growing patient base Building trust through clear communication, clinical excellence, and patient education Performing a broad range of procedures efficiently and confidently Contributing to a collaborative, respectful practice culture Maintaining strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction This dentist will play a key role in sustaining and growing the practice’s reputation as a premier dental destination in the Main Line community. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to adult patients Perform simple and surgical extractions with confidence and precision Conduct thorough dental exams and diagnose oral health conditions Deliver restorative treatments including fillings, crowns, and bridges Provide cosmetic dental procedures aligned with patient goals Fabricate and deliver dentures and removable prosthetics Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and oral health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience Experience with orthodontics, implant restorations, oral surgery, or additional advanced procedures is a plus. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited School of Dental Medicine Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry Active Pennsylvania Dental License (required) Strong clinical judgment and procedural proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment Benefits & Additional Information Competitive compensation: $200,000–$300,000 annually Relocation assistance available Established, long-term patient base Modern, state-of-the-art facility with a spa-like atmosphere Supportive team and efficient practice operations Relocation Requirement: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 prior to start date.
