About This Role
We need a dedicated Lead Teacher in Rome, GA to guide our classroom, inspire young learners, and deliver a fun daily curriculum.
What You'll Do
- Plan and teach daily lessons
- Keep children safe and happy
- Talk with parents every day
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid state teaching credentials
- Past work in a classroom
Nice To Haves
- Degree in early childhood education
- First aid and CPR certification
Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state educational standards.
Manage daily classroom operations to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
Assess and track student progress, providing regular updates and feedback to parents and administration.
RequirementsProven work experience as a Lead Teacher or in a similar educational role.
Valid state teaching certification or relevant early childhood education credentials.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice To HavesExperience with specialized curriculum planning and differentiated instruction.
First aid and CPR certification.
Bilingual communication skills.
