1. Implement ABA Programs
2. Monitor data collection systems
3. Conduct FBA's
4. Work well with others ie inter-disciplinary teams
5. Have experience with creating function-based IBSPs
6. Be involved with staff trainings
7. Conduct RBT Supervision/PDU Events
8. On Site visits to Antelope Valley, San Gabriel Valley and possibly elsewhere
9. Be good with people and be an effective collaborator
10. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
