Barracuda Taco Stand is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our flagship Tchoupitoulas location. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations, support a fast-paced service, and drive customer satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role offers real ownership and growth opportunities within a growing neighborhood concept. You’ll help manage schedules, lead the team, and ensure safety and quality standards while engaging with guests and vendors to maintain Barracuda’s #J-18808-Ljbffr Barracuda Taco Stand
