Pediatric Endocrinologist

Position Overview Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to join a busy practice. The position involves providing a full range of endocrine care, including caring for patients with diabetes, supervising the inpatient consultation service, and participating in the education and training of residents and medical students. The successful candidate will join a team of five physicians supported by a multidisciplinary group that includes a nurse practitioner, diabetes educators, registered nurses, social workers, clinical psychologists, and registered dietitians. Loma Linda Children’s Pediatric Diabetes Center is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for excellence in diabetes education. Hospital & Location Loma Linda Children’s Hospital has 364 regional beds and provides comprehensive care to over 1.2 million children. The hospital sees more than 82,000 patient visits each year, including approximately 7,100 visits annually to the diabetes clinic. The hospital is located near major Southern California beach cities, Los Angeles, San Diego, Big Bear, Palm Springs, and Joshua Tree National Park, offering outdoor activities and highly regarded K‑12 schools. Academic Appointment Academic appointment at Loma Linda University School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience, training, achievements, and teaching activities. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $228K-$268K (base compensation). This amount does not include sign‑in bonus, variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the individual department’s compensation plans.
