Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery to provide comprehensive perinatal care in a hospital setting. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. The nurse collaborates with families, physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure family-centered care, demonstrating proficiency in advanced nursing skills and equipment use. Qualifications include a current CA RN license , CPR certification, and ACLS, NRP certifications within specified timeframes. Preferred experience involves at least one year in Labor and Delivery, including newborn transition. The role requires strong interpersonal, decision-making, and educational skills, with duties extending to charge nurse responsibilities and participation in professional development activities.
