You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.- Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients- Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements. - Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.About YouBasic Qualifications:4+ years Workday technical integrations experienceExperience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasksStrong analytical skills, Thorough understanding, and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirementsExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skillsOther Qualifications:Certified or ability to certify in Workday IntegrationsIndustry/Product knowledge of HR Tech IndustryTeam player with self-management skills, strong decision making, adept at executing projects from scratch, and collaborating with cross-company stakeholders within a specific time.Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementationWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
