Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12 Weeks | Days (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM) | Onsite | Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio across a 45-bed unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Deliver wound care as part of a comprehensive patient care plan
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using the MEDHOST EMR system
• Participate in floating assignments as required across applicable units

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Wound Care
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with MEDHOST EMR system
• Experience in a combined MS/Tele/Wound Care environment
• Comfort with floating assignments in a hospital setting
