Formulation and Filling Technical Services Engineer/Scientist Job Type: Contract Artech is the 10th Largest IT Staffing Company in the US, according to Staffing Industry Analysts' 2012 annual report. Responsibilities Provide technical support for the transfer of new vaccines into the Holly Springs Fill/Finish area. Technical protocol and summary report generation as related to technical studies executed in direct support of GMP manufacturing activities. Manufacturing on-floor technical support and troubleshooting (off hours as necessary). Deviation investigation and technical assessments. Collection, organization, trending, and analysis of GMP manufacturing data. Work independently and in a multifunctional team with members from manufacturing, automation, engineering, QA and QC. Qualifications Experience working in a GMP environment. Experience in sterile injectable manufacturing (Formulation, Filling, Inspection). Experience in data analysis and technical writing. Strongly Desirable Skills & Experience GMP production of vaccine products. Process validation. Familiarity with LIMS, Trackwise, Delta V, and/or Pi data historian. BS Science or Engineering and 4+ years of experience. MS Science or Engineering and 3+ years of experience.
