Senior Business Project Advisor - Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities Partner with ENI leadership to define and execute strategic priorities Lead business cases, operating model assessments, investment analyses, and strategic recommendations Monitor market, regulatory, talent, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities Establish governance, performance metrics, and operating rhythms for successful delivery of strategic initiatives Drive cross-functional programs spanning various departments Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution Partner with enterprise leaders for Ireland-based growth opportunities Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning activities Develop executive reporting and dashboards Lead and develop direct reports and foster team culture Requirements 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, consulting, finance, program management, or related leadership roles Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives that delivered measurable business impact Strong financial acumen, including business case development, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders Experience supporting global operations, shared services, or international business environments Experience managing consultants, vendors, or strategic partners Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working within governance, compliance, or regulated business environments Proven ability to influence change and drive results through collaboration Core Competencies Demonstrates strong financial acumen and strategic leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
