Marketing & Operations Coordinator | Commercial Real Estate - Beverly Hills

A top-producing team at Compass Commercial in Beverly Hills is expanding and seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join a growing commercial real estate group. The role begins part-time, with a clear path to full-time as the team expands.

This is a right-hand role for someone who already knows the real estate world – residential or commercial – and is ready to go deep in commercial and grow with us for the long term. You will work directly with the team principal across marketing, operations, and client relations, and as the team grows, so does the role. This is not an entry-level training seat; it is for someone who can hit the ground running and build a lasting career. There is a clear path to expanded responsibility for the right person, and licensed candidates will also have access to commission opportunities on active deal flow.

In this role you will be exposed to both the inner workings of brokerage and the operations of an established team, working alongside leaders in the field and best-in-class clients – with exposure to significant deal volume.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Help oversee the marketing pipeline – listing materials, flyers, offering memoranda, online listings, mailers, and campaigns
• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling and maintaining mailing lists
• Assist in the strategy and creation of marketing for specific properties – using research around properties being marketed, leased, or sold to drive targeted outreach, mine warm deals, and generate new pipeline
• Create marketing collateral directly and coordinate with our design team
• Manage the CRM: tracking clients, leads, and projects from first touch to close
• Provide daily administrative and operations support to the team principal – scheduling, call routing, task and deadline management
• Serve as a point of contact for routine information and scheduling needs, screening and prioritizing incoming requests and escalating items that require the principal's attention
• Conduct property and market research and build market surveys
• Support transaction coordination and the day-to-day operations of commercial properties in coordination with the property management team and partners

The Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a quick learner – comfortable in multiple roles requiring discretion, judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. Strong candidates should bring excellent organizational and analytical skills, a command of the commercial real estate transaction process, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and familiarity with tools such as CoStar, AIR/CAR forms, and a CRM, applying industry knowledge to increase daily productivity and workflow. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, a self-starter work ethic, and genuine motivation to grow and succeed are essential.

Experience in real estate is required, and a residential background is welcome – the right person is hungry to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is a plus. A real estate license is a strong plus and unlocks commission upside. Must be local to Los Angeles.

Details: Part-time with a defined path to full-time based on team growth and performance. In-office in Beverly Hills.

Compensation: Hourly pay commensurate with experience, plus commission opportunities for licensed candidates.
