Schedule

Part-Time Position

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Every other weekend

Position Summary

The Receptionist serves as the face and voice of our facility by welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support. This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or team member.
• Take and distribute messages accurately.
• Process and maintain records for incoming and outgoing packages.
• Maintain visitor logs and other administrative records.
• Support general office and clerical functions as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position.
