Qualifications

Fidelity Bank is seeking a Mortgage Consultant responsible for driving mortgage sales through proactive business development, community engagement, and relationship-building with customers and referral sources. The role involves originating and processing mortgage applications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Consultants are expected to meet sales goals, cross-sell bank products, and maintain detailed records of sales activities. A strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, and ongoing professional development is essential, along with active participation in the bank's sales initiatives and adherence to its core values.
