What You'll Do

You'll travel to food processing and industrial production facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest to:

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel and food-grade piping and equipment
• Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and process systems
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Fit pipe, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and complete high-quality installations
• Work safely and efficiently with millwrights, ironworkers, and fabricators to complete projects on schedule

We're Looking For

• 4+ years of TIG welding experience
• Experience installing or repairing equipment in industrial or production facilities
• Pipe fitting experience and strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
• Current or previous AWS 6G pipe welding certification is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel throughout Oregon, Washington, and the Pacific Northwest
• Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 70 pounds
• Stand, bend, kneel, crawl, push, pull, and work 10–12 hour shifts as project demands require

Location: Project sites throughout the Pacific Northwest (Oregon residency required)

Shift: Days

Schedule: Varies by project

Pay: $28–$35/hour DOE and weld test

Per Diem: $140/day for projects located more than 75 miles from the shop
