NOW HIRING - HSE / SAFETY TECHNICIANS
Midland, TX | Target Start Date Around June 1st

Premier Staffing Solutions is currently hiring experienced HSE / Safety Technicians and Safety Coordinators for a long-term Oil & Gas / Industrial project in Midland, Texas. This project is expected to last 14-18 months with immediate interview opportunities available.

Pay & Benefits:

$74/Day Per Diem
Lodging Provided
Travel Reimbursement - $0.70/mile (up to 500 miles)
High Hours Available + Overtime Potential
Long-Term Project (14-18 Months)
Hourly Rate Still Being Finalized

Requirements:

OSHA 30 REQUIRED
Previous Industrial, Oilfield, Refinery, Pipeline, or Construction Safety Experience Preferred
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable working in industrial and hazardous environments
Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA compliance
Experience conducting JSAs, audits, toolbox talks, and safety meetings preferred

Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures and compliance
Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site audits
Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
Investigate incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and permits
Support field crews and supervisors with safety guidance
Perform site inspections and hazard assessments
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture onsite
