Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator Level 2 to provide support to our team in our Oklahoma City, OK location. Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. These employees are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.

Provide logistical support:

• Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping documentation.
• Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.
• Monitoring receipt of item at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving records.
• Ordering of needed shipping supplies

Basic Qualifications Level 2:

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control
• An Active current U.S Government Secret Clearance (or higher).
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.
• This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operating a forklift and other types of freight moving equipment.
• Experience with safely loading and unloading trucks.
• Experience with setting up shipments and/or coordinating with transportation brokers.
• Experience with classified shipping requirements.
• Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory.
• Experienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefings.
• Hazmat training and experience is desired

Primary Level Salary Range: $18.56 - $30.96 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
