Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team in North Ogden, UT . • Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Schedule: 15 hours a week . Tuesday-Friday. 4pm-7pm

• Location: Ogden, UT

• Setting: In-home ABA therapy services

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients in their homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

• Current RBT certification and CPR certificate

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is a plus

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
