Real Estate Operations Manager

We are looking for an absolute Force of Nature to take the helm of our Commercial Division’s operations. You will take full ownership of the commercial machine, ensuring our agents stay in their "Zone of Genius" while you handle the rest. • System Architecture: You won't just follow a manual; you’ll write it. You will audit, build, and • optimize our digital infrastructure, integrating AI and cutting-edge tech to 10x our team's capacity. • Transaction Mastery : Own the deal flow from LOI to Closing. You are the guardian of the • deadlines, the master of due diligence, and the reason why no ball is ever dropped. • Marketing Command: Ensure our assets dominate the market. You’ll oversee listings on CoStar, • LoopNet and Crexi, ensuring our brand looks as professional as our results. • Elite Leadership: You will lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Virtual Assistants.
