You bring energy to every interaction, create structure on the floor, and inspire your team by example.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Personally drive top-line store sales by leading from the front and actively selling on the floorSupport day-to-day operations, store appearance, and customer experience alongside the Store Manager and ASMCreate a high-performance selling culture by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teammatesDeliver hands-on product demos that connect emotionally and drive resultsEngage with guests proactively.
