Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS certification preferred)
• Strong triage skills and the ability to quickly assess patient conditions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience with EHR systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Triage incoming patients efficiently to ensure timely medical attention
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, and manage acute conditions with precision
• Communicate patient status and care plans effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families on treatment and aftercare instructions
• Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and infection control standards
