Manufacturing Manager

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
* Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance skills and promote best practices.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to resolve issues affecting production efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of production metrics, employee performance, and inventory levels.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing setting.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
* Mechanical engineering degree
* Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve production goals.
* Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
