Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Looking for a meaningful role where your work truly matters. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a full-time, permanent position supporting schools in Eufaula, OK. The position focuses on school-based services with minimal Home Health coverage potential. You will help students overcome speech and language challenges, build confidence, and improve academic access.

What You'll Need

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility as applicable.
• Current state SLP license in good standing with the State License Board of Oklahoma.
• Educator's license or eligibility for an educator credential in Oklahoma.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with IEP development, assessments, and school documentation requirements.
• Ability to work full-time during the school year (approximately 35 hours/week) with flexibility for potential year-round Home Health coverage or a 12-month salaried option with pay spread comparable to school calendar.

What You'll Do:

• Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting across grade levels.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student eligibility and needs.
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals.
• Deliver individualized and group therapy aligned to students' goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines, including progress monitoring and report writing.
