Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!The Work:As an Onsite Project Manager, you will take charge of leading complex technical initiatives, particularly those supporting highly available national security systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing biographic matching and identity resolution projects, as well as conducting vetting analysis to ensure the integrity and reliability of critical operations. You will be expected to report onsite in Colorado Springs, CO three days a week, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.In this role, you will leverage your expertise with tools such as GitLab and Mattermost to facilitate release planning, manage project communications, and engage stakeholders effectively. Your ability to staff, motivate, and high-performance development teams will be essential as you navigate the challenges of managing people and resources in a dynamic environment. Experience in special operations intelligence disciplines, particularly with USSOCOM or JSOTF, as well as familiarity with defense acquisition program management, will further enhance your ability to deliver results in this demanding setting.
