Job Description The Food Service Manager at James Crabtree Correctional Center oversees daily food production in a secure correctional facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant meal service for the incarcerated population. The manager maintains strict food safety and security standards, controls inventory and costs, and ensures menus meet nutritional requirements while following facility, state, and federal regulations.
