Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a dedicated distribution center supporting a leading manufacturing operation in Kenosha, WI. If you value safety, accuracy, and working with a team that supports your success, we'd like to hear from you.


This is a fast-paced, client-facing warehouse environment focused on quality and precision. Unlike production facilities, this operation is dedicated to full pallet-in/full pallet-out inventory movement, allowing operators to stay on equipment and focus on efficient, accurate material handling throughout their shift.


Pay

• Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Move, store, and retrieve full pallets accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Support inventory movement in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Work closely with teammates to meet operational goals
• Maintain dependable attendance and a positive work ethic

Equipment Experience Needed

• Sit-down forklift
• Deep reach truck
• Order picker/Cherry picker

• Previous experience operating the equipment listed above
• A safety-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain productive and focused throughout your shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
