The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, the ability to effectively communicate with both finance employees and business leaders, and the ability to perform with accuracy and integrity while working on tight deadlines.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKSOversees and creates all internal management reportingResponsible for overseeing and managing contract profitabilityAssist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysesHandle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities including functional spending and impact of initiativesSupports the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecastMaintain consistency and quality of support over to the corporate functionsGather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any ununiformed dataQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES10+ years of financial management/accounting experienceRelevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plusBS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Masters is a plus)Exceptional high technical skills with a required proficiency in excel and PowerPointStrong communicatorProven work experience as a Senior Finance Mgr, Finance Mgr or similar roleHands-on experience with financial and statistical softwareExpertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)Familiarity with databases, SQL, and advanced modelingAbility to present financial data using detailed reports and chartsFamiliarity with PowerBi is a plus "Unifi is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or veteran status."
