Salary: $45,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in communications, linguistics, or related fields
- Previous experience with a content management system (such as WordPress)
- Experience in content creation for various formats (web, print, social media, emails, etc.)
- Knowledge of graphic design across multiple media is advantageous
- Background in project management along with the capability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks, often under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and self-sufficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficient in both English and French, capable of effective communication in both languages, both orally and in writing
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders to address specific requests for University website content creation and modifications
- Engage in the redesign and continual enhancement of the website, overseeing data input, content updates, and collaboration with internal clients
- Collaborate in meetings with external partners regarding initiatives that pertain to website and digital platform changes
- Produce digital and traditional marketing materials, including promotional assets, infographics, web banners, and more for use on the website and social media
- Meet with various internal clients to assess their needs related to website modifications
- Ensure adherence to the Universitys graphic standards and brand identity in all website content, following the official branding guidelines
- Guarantee timely publication of website content for University events and collaborations
- Regularly update the online boutique as required
- Work in conjunction with communications, marketing, and recruitment teams on diverse promotional and outreach efforts
- Participate in creating annual plans that align web development with the Universitys strategic goals
- Maintain a high standard of quality and detail in all projects, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines
