CT Technologist

This is a contract position for a CT Technologist. The assignment lasts for 13 weeks. The shift is scheduled from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM. No call is required for this role. The unit consists of 465 beds and has 16 staff members. The patient ratio is 1:1. Type of staff includes day shift mixed and night shift mixed. Equipment used includes GE and Siemens. The electronic medical record system in use is Meditech/Fuji PACS. Permanent positions are available in the unit. Typical procedures performed include Bone Marrow Biopsy, Cryoablations, Microwave ablations, CTA Coronary/Pulmonary, Liver Biopsy, General Ortho, body and neuro scans. The best personality fit for this role is someone who is collaborative and a team player. Flexibility is essential for this position. The dress code requires olive green tops and black scrub pants. Including suitable attire is important as well. This position provides an opportunity to work with new equipment and technology. A strong tenure and experience among current staff enhances the work environment. Schedule options may be available to accommodate personal preferences.
