We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to support enterprise DevOps initiatives focused on automation, CI/CD modernization, and cloud-native platform support. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing and implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure and deployment processes, and driving DevOps best practices across development and operations teams. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Columbus, Ohio is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness . Automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes to improve delivery efficiency and reliability. Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management solutions. Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery workflows. Manage and optimize containerized application deployments across cloud and on-premises environments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment and infrastructure issues in a timely manner. Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance. Improve system scalability, availability, security, and performance through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native deployment methodologies. Participate in release planning, deployment strategies, and production support activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles. Strong hands‑on experience with GitHub Actions and Harness . Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines . Experience with infrastructure and process automation. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with source code management tools such as Git/GitHub. Preferred, but not required Hands‑on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) . Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar technologies. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Dynatrace. Cloud certifications in Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or OpenShift are a plus.
