Role Description The Assistant role at Panda Restaurant Group is a full‑time, on‑site position based in West Valley City, UT. The Assistant supports daily restaurant operations, including helping with guest service, coordinating orders, and assisting with food preparation, stocking, and cleanliness to uphold company standards. This role may support cash handling, basic reporting, and communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team members. The Assistant collaborates closely with the restaurant team and leadership, follows safety and food‑handling procedures, and helps maintain a positive, efficient work environment. The position requires reliable attendance, flexibility to work varied shifts, and a strong commitment to delivering a great guest experience. Qualifications Ability to provide friendly, respectful, and efficient guest service in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and leaders. Basic organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Comfort with following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality and consistent follow‑through. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for restaurant operations. Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
