Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Construction

The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in property construction and a strong ability to manage teams and timelines. Description Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure construction meets specified standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to promote productivity and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and changes in scope. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: Multiple projects completed valued at $10M or higher Ground up experience required Strong experience in property construction management, including on-site supervision. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
