Responsibilities Assess clients’ and prospective clients’ current skill level and challenging behaviors. Develop evidence-based treatment plans for teaching social, communication, and life skills, as well as reducing challenging behaviors. Supervise treatment cases to ensure best treatment practices, client progress, and appropriate modifications to programming. Train and supervise behavior technicians to work with clients. Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and their caregivers to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy and family guidance services and support. Experience collaboration and growth, preparing you for a career in behavior analysis or in other behavioral health and mental health fields. Job Highlights All services are clinic based. BCBAs have small caseloads to increase quality of client outcomes and supervision. Commitment to work-life balance and reducing burnout. Electronic data collection system with clinician-made treatment plan and note templates. Office in view of our Natural Environment Teaching (NET) area and Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) room.
