Position Overview As a Flow Inventory Associate, you'll play a critical role in maintaining CarMax's best-in-class vehicle inventory and customer experience. You'll handle vehicle receiving and shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads, ensuring every car meets CarMax's quality standards. Role Responsibilities * Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes. * Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers. * Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized. * Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming. * Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings. * Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support. * Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Required Qualifications * Valid driver's license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards. * High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. * Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records. * Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings. * Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments. * Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
