Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our newly remodeled adult day program , where you'll help adult participants stay active, engaged, and connected. Competitive pay and paid training. What You'll Do Provide compassionate support and supervision for adult participants during the day. Assist with personal care needs as needed. Encourage independence while ensuring participant safety and well-being. Lead and participate in fun activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, celebrations, and group events. Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere where participants can socialize and enjoy their day. Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to the program. Observe participants and communicate any changes to the manager. Work as part of a caring team dedicated to exceptional service. What We're Looking For A caring, dependable, and positive attitude. Enjoys working with older adults. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in a related field is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person! Ability to pass required background checks and meet state employment requirements.
